Gaps and Action Points

We recruit talented people when we find them, not just when vacancies arise.

We are always searching for new talent.

We know the characteristics of our current high performers

We occasionally promote high performers to a role for which they appear unready.

Talented individuals are consciously provided with ‘head room’ to allow them to take responsibility for important decisions.

Each job has a clear link between business activities and business results.
