AimSometimes teams need to remind themselves of what their strengths are and how much they value each other as team mates. This upbeat exercise is a great way to restore energy to a tired group or to finish a team session on a really positive note.

It will take around 25 minutes to complete. It involves participants writing positive statements about their fellow team members on a card that each team member can keep to remind themselves of their strengths and how much others value them.

  • Reinforce the strengths of the team
  • Reflect on each others’ strengths and contribution to the team
  • Increase their self-awareness
  • Receive morale and motivation through recognition

Facilitator Guidance

This energiser is suitable for groups that are familiar with each other and might benefit from recognizing and appreciating each others’ strengths. It can be ideally timed to restore energy after a lunch break or to finish a team day on a really positive note.
